An altar server is a lay assistant to a member of the clergy during Mass & services in our Church. An altar server attends to supporting tasks at the altar such as fetching and carrying, ringing the altar bell and so on.
If you would like to volunteer for this Ministry please have your parent or guardian make contact with the Parish Office or speak to the Priest after any of the Masses.

Prayer Before Serving
Go before us, O Lord, in this our sacrifice of prayer and praise, and grant that what we say and sing with our lips we may believe in our hearts, and that what we believe in our hearts may we practise and show forth in our daily live.
Through Christ, our Lord.

Prayer After Serving
Bless, O Lord, our hearts and minds, and grant that as we leave your house, we may continue to be aware of your presence helping us always.
